The wording is incorrect on my custom order. Can you fix it?

Please contact me as soon as possible via Etsy messaging or at JillyJillie412@gmail.com.
It is critical that you carefully review and approved the ONE proof I will send you before I begin your custom product.

If the incorrect wording was NOT on the proof you approved, I will replace free of charge.
If the incorrect wording WAS on the proof you approved, I can make a new custom product replacement but you will be charged an additional fee (shipping & product cost).

Where's my order? I ordered my custom product days ago and I haven't received it yet.

JillyJillie WILL NOT START YOUR CUSTOM PRODUCT UNTIL YOU APPROVE THE PROOF I SEND YOU. Check your email spam folder and Etsy messages for any communication from JillyJillie. Remember, it is critical that you carefully review and approve the ONE proof I will send to ensure no typos and that you're happy with the images. Changes to approved custom orders will incur additional charges.

The image on my custom product is blurry. Can you fix it?

Ensure you only send quality images for your custom product. If an image is blurry, it will blur the final product.
